- Sunday, August 1: 4PM PDT
- Playstation only
- Players must reside in North America to participate
- Sign-ups close 1 hour prior to the tournament: 3:00PM PT
- Free entry

FORMAT
- Double Elimination Bracket
- Matches Best of 3 Games (FT2)
- Winners Finals, Losers Finals, Grand Finals: Best of 5 games (FT3)
- Loser may switch character(s) between games; Winner is locked
- Handicaps/Timers set to Default
- LAN Connection Required

PRIZING:
- $100 Prize Pool per event (+ Matcherino contributions)
- 1st Place - 60% - $60 (+ Matcherino contributions)
- 2nd Place - 30% - $30 (+ Matcherino contributions)
- 3rd Place - 10% - $10 (+ Matcherino contributions)
- Prizes distributed electronically within 24 hours of event end

SEEDING:
- Players will be manually seeded to best of Tournament Staff's knowledge and ability.
- Seeds to be made public at earliest convenience prior to tournament. Once registration closes at 3pm PT on the day of the event, brackets will be finalized shortly after.
