- Players must be residents of North America to participate
- Sign-ups close: 3:00PM, Sunday June 27
- $10 entry

FORMAT
- Double Elimination Bracket
- Matches Best of 3 Games (FT2)
- Winners Finals, Losers Finals, Grand Finals: Best of 5 games (FT3)
- Loser may switch character(s) between games; Winner is locked
- Handicaps/Timers set to Default
- LAN Connection Required

PRIZING:
- $500 Prize Pool per event (Flat Amount)
- 1st Place - 60% - $300
- 2nd Place - 30% - $150
- 3rd Place - 10% - $50
- Prizes distributed electronically within 24 hours of event end

SEEDING:
- Players will be manually seeded to best of Tournament Staff's knowledge and ability.
- Seeds to be made public at earliest convenience prior to tournament. Once registration closes at 3pm PT June 27th, brackets will be finalized.
